Travelling from the south, North on I-95

Take I-95 to Exit 347 (Old 104) US-1-ALT / SR-126 / Emerson St.
Turn RIGHT (East) onto US-1 Alt [SR-126] for 1.0 mi
Be sure not to turn right at the traffic light past Spring Park Road
Enter ramp for US-90 (North) from the far right lane.
Turn LEFT (West) onto US-90 [SR-212] for 1.1 mi
Turn LEFT (South) onto Schumacher Ave, immediately after Wendy's restaurant in shopping plaza on left
(Caution! The same street turning to the right is named Linden)
Arrive 2030 Schumacher Ave (2nd building on right), which is directly across the street from the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles

Travelling from the North/west (I-10) Southward on I-95

Take I-95 to Exit 349 (old Exit 106) on right to Jax Beaches US-90 (Note: coming from Acosta Bridge, the exit ramp is on your left instead)
Once off the exit ramp, move to the far right lane, staying on Beach Blvd (AVOIDING the turnoff to ATLANTIC BLVD)
Turn RIGHT (South) (Caution! Street name turming left is Linden) onto Schumacher Ave for 43 yds to 2nd Building on the Right
Arrive 2030 Schumacher Ave

Note: If you pass Wendy's on the right, you've gone a little too far. Turn into the shopping plaza where Wendy's s located, and park close to the street next to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. The Musicians' Union Building is directly across the street from it.
